Our most important ingredients
AKG (alpha-ketogluterate)
Alpha Ketoglutarate (AKG) - so unknown, but so valuable for the skincare ritual! Our products are characterised by an additional supply of metabolism-supporting AKG. However, this is not ordinary AKG, but one of the world's first liposomal AKG liposomes. AKG is a moisturising booster, activates cell proliferation & cell growth, increases collagen production & supports preventive wrinkle formation. The active ingredient AKG is encapsulated in a phospholipid double membrane, can penetrate into the deeper layers of the skin and activate the skin's metabolism. Scientific findings show that AKG can support skin moisture and the function of the skin barrier by activating cell multiplication and cell growth (proliferation). A study (in vitro) on AKG confirms that it can increase collagen production with long-term, external application and subsequently reduce the formation of wrinkles. This is possible because AKG can interact with skin cells and is involved in important metabolic processes in the skin, such as citrate and peptide metabolism.
Caffeine
Caffeine helps to reduce visible signs of inflammation, puffiness, redness and colour changes such as dark circles. Caffeine can also help your skin stay in shape for longer and delay the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. It has an antioxidant effect. It can help repair sun damage and reduce the appearance of sun spots, redness and irritation.
Aloe vera extract
Aloe vera extract is rich in vitamins, amino acids, polysaccharides, mineral salts, proteins and enzymes. The extract has a moisturising and anti-inflammatory effect and keeps the complexion fresh.
Camomile extract
Camomile has an anti-inflammatory, wound-healing and antibacterial effect. It has an external anti-allergic and calming effect and has antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties.
Almond oil
(Prunus Amygdalus Dulcis Oil)
The fine, light almond oil is very skin-friendly and well suited for the care of sensitive, rough, flaky and dry skin. The following ingredients support this effect: Vitamin E can help to protect the cells from free radicals. Vitamin A is beneficial for blemished skin that is prone to acne and spots. Vitamin B-7 strengthens hair and nails.
Centella Asiatica extract
Tiger grass has an anti-inflammatory and soothing effect on your skin. Especially for sensitive skin or skin problems such as rosacea or acne, tiger grass can help to reduce redness and irritation. It helps to regenerate the skin and restore its natural balance and moisture content.
Hamamelis extract
Witch hazel can have an anti-inflammatory effect, thicken the tissue and relieve itching. When applied to the skin, witch hazel can improve just about anything from acne and oily skin to bags under the eyes and sunburn. Witch hazel can help to tighten the skin. Witch hazel is therefore suitable for treating acne, reducing inflammation and relieving the discomfort of minor skin irritations.
Panthenol
Panthenol supports the skin's regenerative metabolic processes and stabilises the natural barrier. It can promote cell division and prevent irritation. Reddening of the skin usually subsides quickly and itching can also be alleviated. Panthenol generally promotes wound healing. Panthenol strengthens the skin's natural protective barrier and counteracts moisture loss through evaporation.
Shea butter
(Butyrospermum Parkii Butter)
Thanks to its broad spectrum of ingredients, shea butter naturally regulates the skin's moisture balance and has a moisturising, soothing and smoothing effect. It strengthens the lipid barrier of the cornea and is ideal for the care of dry, neurodermitic and damaged skin. The allantoin it contains stimulates cell renewal. Due to its smoothing properties, shea butter is also effective against wrinkles. It is also said to have an anti-inflammatory effect, which is why shea butter can also be used to help treat acne or pimples.
Hyaluron
Hyaluron or hyaluronic acid is a substance produced naturally in the body that plays an important role as a component of connective tissue and synovial fluid. In recent years, hyaluronic acid has become one of the most widely used active ingredients in the cosmetics industry. Hyaluronic acid is a main component of the connective tissue between the skin cells, filling and supporting it. Due to its ability to bind large amounts of water, hyaluronic acid is responsible for the skin's moisture content. Our products revitalise and moisturise the skin. The moisturising and moisture-binding properties of hyaluronic acid make the skin appear clearer, plumper and more radiant.
Mountain spring water
We have adapted the basis of cosmetics, namely water, to our purity standards and only use pure, alpine mountain spring water from a nature reserve. The pure water has travelled a long way through crystalline primary rock, which is rich in rock crystals and silicon. As mature water, it emerges to the surface from the artesian spring located at 1200 metres above sea level. Only the water that nature freely gives to man is bottled. No pumps are used to extract the water from great depths. QOQO for a better skin feeling. You will feel the difference.
Preserving agent
(Sodium Levulinate)
Sodium Levulinate is the salt of levulinic acid. It is a mild preservative. It moisturises, is very well tolerated and therefore also suitable for very sensitive, stressed skin.
Quillaja Saponaria Wood Extract
Quillaja saponaria is a tree from the rose family. It is mainly produced in South America, but can also be cultivated on a small scale in some European countries. This plant is also known as soap bark tree, soap bark, soap tree or soap bush. It is mainly used for its bark, which contains active ingredients that are valued for their beneficial properties.
Squalane
Squalane is a natural building block of our skin. Squalane makes our skin feel silky smooth. It has unique properties that are essential for the production of cosmetics: - protects the skin from moisture loss and prevents the oxidation of the skin's own lipids. - makes the skin feel pleasant - improves the absorption behaviour of our products and is excellent at transporting valuable active ingredients Squalane is a natural moisturising booster for dry skin. In the long term, it preserves the skin's moisture and reduces water loss, so that it can remain radiantly firm for longer and fewer wrinkles form. The skin looks fresher, revitalised and firmer.
