Our products are characterised by an additional supply of metabolism-supporting AKG. However, this is not ordinary AKG, but one of the world's first liposomal AKG liposomes.
AKG is a moisturising booster, activates cell proliferation and growth, increases collagen production and helps prevent the formation of wrinkles.
The active ingredient AKG is encapsulated in a phospholipid double membrane, can penetrate into the deeper layers of the skin and activate the skin's metabolism.
Scientific findings show that AKG can support skin moisturisation and the function of the skin barrier by activating cell multiplication and cell growth (proliferation). A study (in vitro) on AKG confirms that it can increase collagen production with long-term, external application and subsequently reduce the formation of wrinkles. This is possible because AKG can interact with skin cells and is involved in important metabolic processes in the skin, such as citrate and peptide metabolism.
